Need to register for Patient Portal?
Click on the Patient Portal link above to register. Once registered, you will receive a registration link in an email from noreply@followmyhealth.com.
Click on that link and login with your username and password.
Enter the invitation code provided by your medical organization and click “Agree” to the release of information.
You will then receive two emails: one welcoming you to the portal and one from TMCE confirming your registration.

We have x-ray facilities and are currently implementing digital radiology. We have our own in-house labs for testing, as well as a LabCorp branch located in our office.
*Please note - we will no longer accept lab orders from other doctors, unless correct diagnosis codes and LabCorp numbers are on the orders!
Elbert Industrial Medicine
For businesses, we have a full-service Workers Compensation practice (Elbert Industrial Medicine).
Elbert Industrial Medicine provides drug screens (urine and hair samples), breath alcohol testing, DOT physicals, vision and hearing screening.
We have an in-house Medical Review Officer (MRO), and we will file your workers' compensation claims.
